About the Role
• Perform carpentry tasks such as partition framing, cabinetry, countertops, and door/window installation. • Paint interior and exterior surfaces. • Install flooring types including VCT, LVT, tile, carpet squares, and cove base. • Carry out basic plumbing work: replace/install sinks, faucets, toilets, and simple drainage or water lines (licensed plumbers preferred). • Execute elementary electrical work: install light fixtures, switches, outlets, basic data connections, and troubleshoot minor issues (licensed electricians preferred). • Apply HVAC knowledge, particularly related to refrigeration systems.
