About the Role

Job Overview: Contribute toward the efficient operation plant‑wide by performing various tasks for the departments, utilizing a good knowledge of maintenance, electrical, and building systems, while complying with current ISO requirements, all safety requirements, and good housekeeping standards. • Maintain all equipment at CMCA following the Preventive Maintenance Program. • Work with department supervisors to ensure all areas are productive and safe. • Maintain good housekeeping throughout the facility. • Maintain buildings and related infrastructure. • Assist supervisor with directed duties and perform other tasks as assigned.

What You Bring

Success in this role requires the ability to meet the physical demands of the job and to perform each duty satisfactorily. The employee must be able to read, write, and perform basic mathematical functions, and possess strong problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis skills. Reasoning ability to understand detailed written and oral instructions is essential. Education and experience: A high‑school diploma or GED is preferred, with basic reading, writing, and math abilities. Computer and keyboard skills are a plus. Electrical experience is required, and PLC experience is preferred. Certificates, licenses, and registration: The employee must possess, or acquire through training, a forklift operator certification and maintain it. • High school diploma or GED preferred; basic reading, writing, and math skills required. • Electrical experience required; PLC experience preferred. • Computer and keyboard skills considered a plus. • Forklift operator certification must be obtained and maintained. • Ability to stand, walk, use hands, bend, stoop, and lift up to 55 pounds regularly. • Visual abilities including close, color, distance, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment.
