About the Role
This position is based in Toronto, ON and involves customer outreach, data verification, scheduling coordination, documentation, collaboration, and reporting. The role supports warranty service activities by ensuring accurate customer information and smooth scheduling. Customer Outreach includes contacting existing customers via phone and email to confirm site contact details for warranty units. Data Verification involves validating and updating customer information in internal systems to ensure accuracy. Scheduling Coordination requires working with customers to identify potential scheduling windows for warranty service activities. Documentation entails maintaining accurate records of all communications and updates. Collaboration consists of liaising with internal teams, such as Dispatch and Contracts, to ensure smooth scheduling and customer satisfaction. Reporting provides regular status updates on progress and any challenges encountered, tracking progress using Excel and internal ERP systems. • Contact existing customers by phone and email to confirm warranty unit site details. • Validate and update customer information in internal systems. • Coordinate scheduling windows for warranty service with customers. • Maintain accurate records of communications and updates. • Liaise with Dispatch and Contracts teams to ensure smooth scheduling. • Provide regular status reports and track progress using Excel and ERP systems.

What You Bring
Candidates should be currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Business, Communications, or a related field.
