About the Role

As a Senior Application Engineer, you will provide quotations for routine and complex Protection/Controls and Automation (PCA) opportunities, develop solutions to customer challenges, route quotation requests, improve processes, and mentor junior staff while collaborating regularly with commercial, project execution, and engineering teams. • Provide accurate quotations for routine and complex Protection/Controls and Automation opportunities. • Develop customer solutions, including scope of work, costing, pricing, and risk‑limited quotation documents. • Route quotation requests to appropriate resources and gather additional data as needed. • Identify and implement process improvements based on past experience and current procedures. • Mentor junior engineers, building their technical and soft‑skill competencies. • Collaborate with sales, project execution, and engineering teams to ensure technically compatible quotes. • Serve as technical advisor to customers, establishing trusted relationships. • Maintain high technical and commercial competency across Schneider PCA offers. • Support Solution Specialists on Electrical Protection/Control and Automation systems. • Ensure all quotation documents are correctly completed, archived, and compliant.

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer with a BSEE or MSEE. • Knowledge of power controls and automation equipment preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and company collaborative tools. • Strong time‑management, verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a team environment.

Benefits

The position offers a compensation range of $112,000‑$168,000 per year, which includes base pay and short‑term incentive.
