About the Role
In this mature, long‑term program you will lead projects from cradle to grave, working closely with planning, design, scheduling, cost, commissioning and maintenance teams to ensure seamless execution and long‑term success. The team drives civil construction initiatives such as treatment plants, network upgrades, asset renewals and flagship sustainable energy projects in a fast‑paced, stable and rewarding environment. • Lead and deliver a portfolio of water infrastructure projects across treatment, network, and sustainability sectors. • Mentor project teams, promote innovation and uphold a Zero Harm safety culture. • Manage project budgets, optimize costs, and provide accurate financial forecasts to senior stakeholders. • Oversee procurement, engage subcontractors, and coordinate suppliers throughout project lifecycles. • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds an engineering qualification with extensive experience delivering civil infrastructure projects, preferably in the water sector, and possesses a Project Management certification and RPEQ (or is willing to obtain it). Proven leadership in dynamic, service‑oriented contracting environments, strong communication, analytical, planning and budgeting skills are essential. • Hold an engineering qualification with extensive civil infrastructure project delivery experience. • Preferable water industry experience; project management certification and RPEQ (or willingness to obtain). • Demonstrated leadership in dynamic, service‑oriented contracting environments. • Strong communication, analytical, planning and budgeting abilities.
