By fostering a zero‑defects mindset, you will reduce risks, improve processes and raise team capabilities. You will also optimise cost, delivery and quality to enhance overall production performance and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives. • Direct and mentor large production teams in Civil Aerospace, promoting a safety‑first culture. • Enforce compliance with procedures and standards to achieve zero‑defects and mitigate risk. • Drive cost, delivery and quality optimisation to improve production performance. • Identify and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes. • Manage multiple tasks, priorities and IT systems within a high‑end production environment. • Inspire and develop staff to boost performance and maintain high quality outputs. • Uphold rigorous safety standards while delivering reliable, high‑quality products. • Provide flexible day or shift work options to accommodate personal commitments.
