About the Role
The role entails delivering complex BIM and plant‑data assignments using platforms such as Revit, Intergraph SmartPlant and Plant 3D, while supporting design staff and ensuring project standards are met. • Work under limited supervision to deliver BIM deliverables. • Provide training and technical support on BIM systems to design staff. • Lead project support and production for assigned rail projects, creating drawings that adhere to standards and content requirements. • Execute complex BIM or plant data‑centric assignments using multiple software platforms to meet project deadlines. • Maintain Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) certification. • Participate in retirement savings and employee stock purchase plans. • Utilize employee assistance, well‑being resources, and professional development programs.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a diploma or equivalent engineering degree, possess at least five years of relevant experience, and be certified as an Engineer-in-Training. • Hold a diploma or equivalent in an engineering discipline from an accredited institution. • Bring at least 5 years of experience in CAD/BIM design for rail or related sectors. • Demonstrate proficiency in MicroStation and related tools such as InRoads, OpenRoads, OpenRail, or alternatives like AutoCAD, Civil3D, and Geopak.
