About the Role

The Maintenance Technician – BRT is responsible for completing daily work orders, preventative maintenance, groundskeeping, trash removal, and equipment repair across residential units and common areas. The role requires adherence to safety policies, on‑call availability, and the ability to assist with move‑outs, turn‑overs, and move‑ins beyond standard hours. • Complete work orders for residential units and common areas as needed • Repair broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use • Perform painting and drywall repair • Follow preventive maintenance programs for the building • Identify and repair potential safety hazards • Adhere to company safety policies and measures • Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins beyond normal hours • Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds, including bending and stooping

What You Bring

• Available for evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary • High School diploma or equivalent (preferred) • 3+ years maintenance experience • Basic understanding of MEP systems • Knowledge of general maintenance methods and processes • Manual dexterity and problem‑solving skills • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or ability to obtain within 3 months • Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools • Capability to work in environmentally and physically challenging conditions • Demonstrated safe work practices and proper PPE use • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation • Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices • Experience with Entrata
