About the Role
The Project Controls Analyst I will ensure regional consistency in service quality by overseeing governance, quality, and data integrity through internal audit functions. The role supports monitoring compliance with the Service Delivery Regime (SDR) and Project Delivery Services (PDS) processes, performs analysis to maintain PDS quality and data control, and conducts benchmarking and comparative analyses to identify gaps and trends for value creation. The analyst will participate in the monthly Program of Projects (POP) review meeting with Public Service Procurement Canada (PSPC) and other government departments, taking minutes and distributing them to ensure consistent issue and escalation management. • Ensure contract‑wide compliance with SDR and processes alongside the Senior Project Director. • Report data from the Project Controls Analyst regularly to provide trending and actionable items to the Senior Director. • Monitor documentation sent to PSPC and track timelines and outstanding approvals. • Participate in monthly project review meetings, taking minutes and tracking issues and escalations. • Collaborate with PCA II during the monthly billing exercise to ensure compliance with SDR and Milestone Billing rules. • Continuously monitor and trend KPI deliverables. • Prepare reports, follow up on key initiatives, maintain and update documentation, and perform clerical duties.

What You Bring
• Hold a college diploma in a related discipline with 1–3 years of experience. • Proficient in MS Office, especially advanced Excel reporting, pivot tables, and formatting. • Skilled in taking and formatting meeting minutes. • Able to work independently without supervision. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, planning, time‑management, and organizational abilities. • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a strong customer focus.

Benefits
This is a regular, full‑time position with a salary range of $52,864–$66,080 per annum. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidate’s competencies, including experience, education, and performance related to the role.
