About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will advance interconnection projects by working closely with internal and external engineering teams, managing study activities, coordinating across PJM departments, and ensuring quality while monitoring progress. The role blends qualitative analysis, stakeholder coordination, and project management, presenting innovative challenges at the intersection of energy planning and technology, and offering strong growth potential within a team driving energy transformation. • Coordinate data submissions, reviews, and engineering studies for interconnection projects. • Manage project study costs and schedules, supporting overall project management. • Explore and implement initiatives to increase interconnection process efficiency. • Allocate contractor resources, process purchase requisitions, and handle invoices. • Facilitate coordination meetings and drive process improvement implementations. • Contribute to software development requirements to enhance workflow efficiency. • Prepare status reports, presentations, and maintain desk‑side documentation. • Support revisions to the PJM Tariff and business practice manuals.

What You Bring

• Required: Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of project or program management experience. • Preferred: PMP certification, experience with PJM operations and markets, engineering background.
