About the Role

The Driver – CDL (B) is responsible for safely operating a collection truck, delivering prompt and courteous waste removal services, and ensuring the vehicle meets the company's safety standards. Daily vehicle condition reports are completed to address any defects promptly. Key duties include thorough pre‑ and post‑operation inspections, following route sheets to service customers, loading and compacting waste, and disposing of material at designated facilities. The driver interacts professionally with customers and dispatchers, tags unsatisfactory containers, cleans accidental spills, and continuously monitors vehicle condition. • Perform complete pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections. • Safely operate a collection truck along assigned routes and to disposal sites. • Load, compact, and unload waste according to company procedures. • Provide courteous service to customers, dispatchers, and coworkers. • Identify and tag unsatisfactory waste containers per protocol. • Clean accidental waste spills and monitor vehicle condition continuously. • Complete route sheets, productivity logs, and daily Vehicle Condition Reports. • Follow all safety policies, participate in the ReSOP program, and avoid unsafe risks.

What You Bring

Qualified candidates must hold a Class B (or higher) commercial driver’s license with an air‑brake endorsement and demonstrate strong customer service, time‑management, and adherence to safety policies. They are expected to meet productivity standards and actively participate in the ReSOP safety program. • Hold a Class B (or higher) CDL with air‑brake endorsement.
