About the Role
The role focuses on delivering accurate monthly property financial statements on schedule, managing cash for assigned clients, and ensuring all accruals are properly booked. You will support the budget process, perform variance analysis, prepare forecasts, and handle ad‑hoc reporting requests. Additional responsibilities include reconciling bank statements, coordinating year‑end audit work, driving process improvements and automation, and developing efficient reporting strategies. You will work closely with leadership, prepare detailed forecast analyses, and maintain knowledge of Master Services Agreements and client billing activities. • Review and submit accurate monthly property financial statements and supporting workpapers. • Manage cash flow for assigned client portfolios and resolve related issues. • Calculate and book accruals in coordination with Facility Managers. • Perform variance analysis, develop forecasts, and support the budgeting process. • Reconcile bank statements monthly and follow up on outstanding items. • Coordinate year‑end audit activities and prepare supporting schedules. • Implement process improvements and automate reporting workflows. • Produce regular and ad‑hoc reports, including charts, graphs, and presentations. • Maintain and apply knowledge of Master Services Agreements for billing and fee calculations. • Collect, organize, and communicate team data and best‑practice documentation. • Analyze performance data to identify cost‑saving opportunities. • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

What You Bring
We require 7‑10 years of operational or general‑ledger accounting and finance experience, strong profit‑and‑loss and balance‑sheet analysis, and expertise in variance analysis and forecasting. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, high proficiency in Excel and MS Office, and possess a finance/FP&A background, preferably with real‑estate accounting exposure.
