About the Role

The Senior Design‑Build Design Manager will lead rail and transit projects within Parsons’ extensive design‑build portfolio, which includes landmark systems such as the NJ‑EWR Airport People Mover and the NY East Side Access. Working remotely with required travel to job sites, you will oversee large‑scale initiatives across the Northeast and Southeast United States. The role offers opportunities to shape marketing, pursuit strategy, scope development, and commercial performance for high‑profile infrastructure. • Manage design‑build rail or transit programs with total installed cost exceeding $1 billion. • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver major transportation improvements across the United States. • Direct marketing, pursuit, scope development, and commercial performance for high‑profile projects. • Provide hands‑on, professional leadership with effective presence.

What You Bring
