About the Role

Join our Regional NSW Team as a Territory Sales Manager for the Aggregates business, based out of East Guyong and Molong Quarries. In this role you will focus on solving customers’ problems rather than simply selling, using deep insight into known and unknown challenges. You will act as an influencer, matching the right solutions from our portfolio to customer needs. Your core responsibilities include identifying and driving new market opportunities across solutions, customers and segments. You will manage and maintain a 12‑month rolling orderbook and pipeline for both existing and new clients through disciplined sales processes. Regular market analysis and intelligence gathering—covering competitor activity, trends and industry developments—will inform your strategy. You are also expected to achieve territory and team objectives aligned with regional targets and the Sales Incentive Scheme, while handling routine administrative tasks. • Drive new opportunities across solutions, customers and market segments. • Maintain a 12‑month rolling orderbook and sales pipeline. • Gather market intelligence on competitors, trends and industry developments. • Meet territory and team sales targets linked to incentive schemes. • Handle routine sales administration tasks. • Use customer and market insights to craft tailored solutions. • Apply strong commercial and critical‑thinking skills. • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Present product benefits as clear value propositions to Tier 1‑3 customers.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates with more than three years of field sales experience in a relevant sector, preferably industrial. You must understand how to extract customer, market and industry insights to guide direction and be comfortable with sales process methodology. Strong commercial and critical‑thinking skills, along with the ability to craft rounded solutions, are essential. You should possess a positive, influential presence that builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills are required to translate product features into compelling value propositions for Tier 1‑3 customers. • Bring over three years of field sales experience, preferably in industrial settings. • Access continuous training in sales processes, sustainability, digital tools and value selling.
