About the Role
The Transformation Strategy Analyst will support JLL’s enterprise‑wide transformation to execute Strategy 2030, reporting to the Global Head of Transformation. The role involves analyzing complex business challenges, developing data‑driven insights, and helping to execute strategic initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities include conducting strategic analysis of Strategy 2030, translating imperatives into actionable programs, building business cases and ROI models, designing KPIs and executive dashboards, performing financial modeling, synthesizing data for stakeholders, and supporting change‑management efforts to accelerate adoption. • Conduct strategic analysis of Strategy 2030 and identify optimization opportunities • Translate strategic imperatives into actionable transformation programs and develop business cases with ROI models • Design KPIs, success metrics, and executive dashboards for C‑suite and board visibility • Build complex financial models, data visualizations, and synthesize large data sets for decision‑making • Support enterprise‑wide change management by analyzing barriers and tracking cultural transformation metrics

What You Bring
Candidates must hold at least a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and have 3‑5 years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or transformation roles, ideally within professional services or real estate. Required skills include advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, data‑visualization, financial modeling, strong analytical and communication abilities, and high emotional intelligence for stakeholder management. • Minimum bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred; 3‑5 years in strategy consulting or transformation roles • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization tools, and financial modeling • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and high emotional intelligence • Based in Chicago or New York, on‑site at least three days per week
