About the Role

• Create and implement safety plans and ensure daily compliance. • Conduct regular safety observation reports based on project length. • Attend safety walks and inspections to identify and analyze risks. • Educate employees on safety standards and proper machinery operation. • Recommend improvements to enhance workplace safety. • Investigate onsite accidents and determine root causes. • Maintain documentation of safety procedures, incidents, and related events. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. • Apply critical thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. • Teach and reinforce established safety standards to others.
