What You Bring
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Meticulous attention to detail for accurate data entry of Ocean Transportation documents. • Good knowledge of export and import documentation processes. • Organisational ability to manage multiple tasks and input information into systems per guidelines. • Customer‑focused mindset delivering exceptional service and meeting booking deadlines. • Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to support time‑sensitive projects. • Problem‑solving capability to address customer inquiries effectively. • Basic technical proficiency, including CRM tools and software. • Effective time management to meet deadlines and KPI goals. • Empathy and patience when handling customer concerns, following the Process Manual. • Bachelor's degree. • Proficient English communication and email writing skills. • Typing speed of at least 20 wpm with 95 % accuracy. • Strong problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal abilities. • Willingness to work shifts, including night shifts, as per roster. • Experience handling dangerous goods documentation. • Minimum 4 years of documentation processing experience in a reputable shipping/logistics organisation.
