About the Role
The Market Logistics Coordinator supports Market Logistics Operations and the local operations team by handling administrative, communication, and scheduling duties. This role acts as the primary link between local branches and the Market Logistics Operations Center, ensuring smooth dispatch and equipment staging. The coordinator also assists with driver scheduling, parts management, and fleet availability monitoring. • Coordinate with local branches to open and close contracts, ensuring timely support for dispatch operations. • Close work orders and document all pertinent information accurately and promptly. • Review driver logs and schedules per dispatcher direction. • Serve as the primary communication link between branches and the Market Logistics Operations Center. • Monitor vehicle inspection reporting (DVIR) and coordinate repairs with internal and external parties. • Verify order details for correct contact and delivery instructions. • Assist with driver scheduling, timekeeping, and third‑party hauler coordination. • Keep branches informed of upcoming runs to facilitate proper equipment staging. • Monitor driver stop times and expedite when necessary. • Identify gaps in fleet availability by reviewing future orders. • Help prioritize pickups based on need and timing. • Order and receive parts for repairs, maintain adequate supplies, and conduct semi‑annual parts usage reviews.

What You Bring
The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one to two years of equipment‑rental experience. A valid driver’s license, basic computer proficiency, strong verbal and written communication, and excellent organizational skills are essential. Knowledge of dispatch administration and DOT regulations is preferred, and personal integrity and flexible problem‑solving approaches are valued.
