About the Role
As a Plumber you will ensure client facilities remain safe and compliant by delivering high‑quality maintenance, repairs and water‑hygiene services across commercial and domestic sites. • Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems to a high standard • Undertake tank replacements and plumbing repairs in various commercial and domestic environments • Conduct water sampling and temperature monitoring • Respond to reactive maintenance tasks, diagnosing and resolving issues across commercial plumbing systems • Install, repair, and maintain various plumbing fixtures, TMVs, pipework modifications, and remove dead legs • Collaborate with teams, maintain accurate records, and adhere to health and safety regulations

What You Bring
We are looking for candidates who hold a City & Guilds Level 2 plumbing qualification (or equivalent) and preferably a G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification, with proven commercial plumbing experience and routine water‑hygiene work. Experience in building services, facilities management or environmental consultancy is advantageous, and a full UK driving licence is essential. • City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent); G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification preferred • Proven experience in commercial plumbing and routine water‑hygiene tasks • Full UK driving licence
