About the Role
• Attend the property site daily. • Show, qualify, tour, and lease prospective residents. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, and conduct follow‑up to close leases. • Complete all pre‑move‑in leasing paperwork. • Assist with lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and turnover processes. • Record prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to boost traffic and meet leasing targets. • Resolve resident complaints and requests to maintain satisfaction. • Support resident retention programs such as events and newsletters. • Help keep office, common areas, and model units clean and orderly. • Implement the annual marketing plan and outreach activities. • Conduct ongoing market surveys and analysis to inform strategies. • Maintain detailed knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; submit weekly reports. • Deliver excellent customer service and monitor service request response times. • Promote a positive community image to achieve objectives and recognition. • Ensure consistent resident interactions and enforce community policies.
