• Assist in activity planning, sequencing and scheduling using Microsoft Project Gantt charts. • Contribute to quality, risk and time planning across multiple live projects. • Maintain accurate project data in the Digital Project Management System. • Prepare and issue contractual notices, progress reports, commercial reports and professional correspondence. • Manage document control to keep all records up‑to‑date. • Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients and delivery partners in a clear, professional manner. • Support coordination efforts to meet deadlines, commitments and milestones. • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements. • Uphold health, safety, environmental, data protection and quality standards.
