About the Role
The Strategic Customer Representative is responsible for increasing market share within a select group of customers and high‑profile job sites. This is achieved by raising product awareness, improving the efficiency of the corporate account office, evaluating new potential customers, and managing existing corporate accounts. What You Bring
Candidates must have at least four years of sales management experience and a strong background in customer service. Required knowledge includes the various phases of construction, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation, and specifications, as well as proficiency with Windows, Adobe Acrobat, and the Microsoft Office suite. The position involves physical demands such as bending, squatting, lifting 25 lb or more, and occasional indoor/outdoor work. • Minimum 4 years sales management experience with strong customer service background • Knowledge of construction phases, equipment applications, and specifications • Proficient with Windows, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office suite
