About the Role

The Consulting Manager for Americas Strategic Consulting at Cushman & Wakefield will lead consulting engagements from initial planning through final delivery, overseeing budgets, schedules, quality, reporting, and documentation to ensure successful outcomes. Working closely with clients, internal staff, vendors, and contractors, the manager will maintain strong relationships and guarantee that all services align with C&W methodology, policies, and best practices throughout each project lifecycle. • Oversee multiple consulting projects, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and documentation. • Coordinate communication among clients, internal teams, vendors, and contractors across all project phases. • Develop proposals, presentations, and support business development efforts. • Create financial models and business cases for location strategy and site selection. • Translate large data sets into concise executive storyboards and recommendations. • Apply strong problem‑solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills to resolve project issues.
