About the Role
The Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck to provide prompt, courteous waste removal services while ensuring the vehicle meets all company safety standards and complies with state and federal regulations. Daily vehicle condition reports are completed to address any defects promptly. Key duties include performing comprehensive pre‑ and post‑operation inspections, following route sheets to serve each customer, loading and compacting refuse, and disposing of material at designated facilities. The driver interacts courteously with customers and dispatchers, tags unsatisfactory containers, monitors waste for violations, cleans spills, maintains vehicle readiness, and completes required productivity and reporting forms.

What You Bring
Minimum requirements are a Class B or higher Commercial Driver’s License with an air‑brake endorsement, strong customer service skills, effective time management, and the ability to adhere to company policies and safety standards.
