Job Highlights
About the Role
The Aggregates QC Technician performs sampling and testing of aggregates, concrete, and related materials to verify that quality standards are met. They maintain accurate testing records, communicate results to operations teams, and calibrate, operate, and care for laboratory and field testing equipment. The role also supports continuous improvement by identifying potential quality concerns, recommending corrective actions, and assisting customers with troubleshooting and product performance inquiries. • Sample and test aggregates, concrete, and related materials. • Record test data accurately and share results with operations. • Calibrate, operate, and maintain lab and field testing equipment. • Identify quality issues and propose corrective measures. • Assist customers with troubleshooting and product performance queries. • Follow established testing procedures and use proper equipment. • Document work meticulously and communicate findings clearly. • Maintain safety standards in field, plant, and laboratory settings. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with company matching contributions.

The role operates primarily in environments with moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels. • Work both independently and as part of a fast‑paced team. • Complete pre‑employment physical, drug/alcohol screening, and background check.
