• 35+ years of experience managing roadway projects. • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.). • Proven track record of winning and delivering work locally. • Knowledge of full lifecycle of roadway projects and civil design of roads, urban freeways, and interchanges. • Strong relationships with local agencies and municipalities. • Ability to lead teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver profitable projects. • Experience preparing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.
