About the Role
Daily activities include managing customer relationships, driving sales opportunities, and collaborating with sales and field teams to meet business objectives. • Manage a portfolio of elevator units and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. • Act as primary contact to resolve customer inquiries promptly. • Generate repair and modernization sales through networking, bids, and tenders. • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and ensure profitability. • Use Otis sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast results. • Conduct negotiations, close deals, and ensure timely payment. • Collaborate with sales representatives and field colleagues. • Participate in an employee scholarship program that sponsors degrees or certification programs.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will have a technical or business degree or equivalent experience, strong customer orientation, and excellent communication skills. • Hold a business or technical degree, or have completed technician/technical business administrator training, with at least 5 years of relevant experience; high school diploma required. • Experience selling technical products that require customer consultation. • Demonstrate strong customer and service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills. • Possess strong presentation, written, and verbal communication abilities. • Be target‑focused and able to work at pace in a complex corporate environment.
