About the Role
The Action Line TO is tasked with generating maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume. This role also promotes and supports the Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture, leads and assists with supervision of the sales line through mentoring and modeling effective sales and customer service practices, and maintains a professional image that upholds HGV standards of integrity, quality, and service. • Generate maximum sales efficiencies and achieve or exceed net sales targets. • Promote and support the Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club brand culture. • Supervise and lead sales line activities through mentoring and modeling effective sales and customer service practices. • Maintain a professional image consistent with HGV standards of integrity, quality, and service.
