About the Role
The role requires translating JLL’s strategic objectives into operational excellence, overseeing hard‑service engineering, cost optimization, energy initiatives, and service innovation across building systems and equipment. JLL complies with privacy and equal‑opportunity policies, offering reasonable accommodations and safeguarding candidate data throughout the recruitment process. • Partner with the Regional FM Lead to execute Atlassian’s Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) strategy aligned with real‑estate and business goals. • Build and lead high‑performing facilities and soft‑services teams, fostering continuous improvement and innovation. • Drive service‑delivery efficiencies using business intelligence, new tools, and process optimization. • Manage all workplace experiences and facility services for JLL‑managed properties in India, ensuring contract compliance and performance specifications. • Conduct FM asset evaluations for HSSE compliance and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives. • Oversee communications and root‑cause analysis during service outages and facilities incidents. • Supervise operations of building systems, infrastructure, plant, and equipment, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost‑effectiveness. • Plan and manage mechanical, electrical, fire, and civil works, delivering projects on schedule and within quality standards. • Review contractor maintenance practices to align with manufacturer recommendations and established processes. • Contribute to annual financial planning, monitor expenses and capital budgets, and identify cost‑saving opportunities. • Prepare recommendation papers and obtain client approvals for expenditures within designated responsibility areas. • Conduct regular workplace inspections, manage work items via JIRA service desk, and recommend asset replacements or refurbishments. • Handle complaints related to cleaning, F&B, waste management, and front‑of‑house services.

What You Bring
Candidates must bring over a decade of facility leadership experience, technical expertise in engineering systems, professional certification, and strong client‑relationship and team‑building skills. • 10+ years facility and operations leadership experience with high‑performing teams in service environments. • 5+ years technical and supervisory experience in building engineering systems across multiple sites or regions. • Proven track record delivering operating plans through leading practices and rigorous performance standards. • Significant vendor performance management experience. • Professional engineering certification or equivalent technical qualifications; trade‑specific certifications desirable. • Advanced knowledge of workplace experience and facilities‑management best practices, commercial real estate, project management, and real‑estate finance fundamentals. • Strong client‑relationship, team‑building, time‑management, analytical, problem‑solving, and crisis‑management skills. • Proficiency with basic computer applications, G‑suite; experience with Corrigo is a plus.
