What You Bring
Kimley-Horn is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter for its Miami, FL office, with the option to work in Fort Lauderdale. This on-site role will lead professional hiring across South Florida and the broader firm, contributing directly to the company's growth. • Bachelor’s degree. • 7+ years of AEC, agency, or professional services recruiting experience. • Strong verbal and written communication, with experience presenting to candidates, clients, and leadership. • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and pipelines. • Ability to travel as needed. • Professional presence and charisma to build strong internal and external relationships.
