S & M - Integrity Principal Engineer

About the Role

• Provide technical leadership for upstream and downstream oil & gas structural integrity. • Develop innovative solutions, automations, and methodologies for offshore/onshore asset integrity. • Manage and execute structural integrity plans, including foundations, pilings, and dynamic analysis. • Lead engineers to deliver quality‑focused structural integrity workflows at scale. • Offer pre‑sales and post‑sales support for new business deals and project assignments. • Recruit, train, and develop skilled resources to build team competency. • Coordinate activities among customers, sales, and global technical teams. • Travel to offshore offices and sites as needed. • Cultivate global customer relationships and strategic partnerships for complex technology needs. • Conduct technical scoping, feasibility studies, and design solution mapping. • Perform structural risk assessments, develop repair scopes, and create design calculation sheets.

What You Bring

• Hold a civil/structural engineering degree with 3‑15 years of oil & gas experience. • Expertise in risk‑based inspection, fitness‑for‑service, and life‑extension studies. • Proficient with industry codes, standards, and software such as STAAD Pro, SACS, APM Meridium, Pestra, and Credo. • Experience with fixed and floating offshore structures, including gravity‑based, steel jacket, FPSO, and semi‑submersible platforms. • Strong verbal and written communication, teamwork, leadership, and mentoring abilities. • Skilled in Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and optionally SAP, Meridium, Credo, OPITO certification. • Knowledge of automation, AI, and IoT techniques for inspection and maintenance.
