About the Role
The Canvass Manager leads door‑to‑door marketing teams to generate leads and raise local awareness, while providing performance reporting and serving as the public face of the brand. This role works closely with senior management through weekly meetings and is responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating high‑performing staff. • Lead a team of door‑to‑door marketers to generate leads and increase local awareness • Recruit, staff, train, coach, and motivate team members • Attend weekly meetings with the management team • Provide reporting and ROI metrics to meet or exceed business objectives • Serve as the public face of Mad City in face‑to‑face communications

What You Bring
• Valid driver’s license • Face‑to‑face marketing or lead‑setting experience (canvassing or promotion) a plus • Prior leadership experience • Experience building/recruiting high‑performing teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to stand and walk for 6–8 hours per day • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions • Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during canvassing activities
