About the Role

This highly client‑facing role focuses on driving sales growth and innovation within Sandvik’s Screening Media business for the Rock Processing segment. You will engage directly with customers to uncover opportunities, influence site performance and deliver screening solutions that improve productivity and profitability. Working with Sandvik’s sales, engineering and service teams, you will lead commercial and technical discussions, build long‑term relationships and translate site knowledge into tangible sales outcomes.

What You Bring

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong safety mindset, at least six years of mineral processing experience, and a mechanical background or proven aptitude. You will be comfortable using MS Office, SAP and CRM systems, thrive in a high‑performance culture, and possess strong negotiation, communication and organisational skills. A current full C‑class licence and the ability to think laterally to support R&D are also essential. • Respectful, inclusive mindset • Minimum six years’ experience in mineral processing operations • Mechanical trade background or proven mechanical aptitude • Proficient with MS Office, SAP and CRM systems • Ability to thrive in a high‑performance culture • Lateral thinking skills to support R&D initiatives • Hold a current full C‑class driver’s licence • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities • Excellent communication, planning and organising skills
