About the Role

The operative will safely run both static and mobile plant machinery, plan daily production based on client requirements, and execute start‑up and shut‑down procedures to maximise throughput. Routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and operation of front‑end loaders and dumpers for material handling are key daily tasks, alongside refuelling and upkeep of all equipment. Safety and efficiency are paramount, with responsibilities that include completing daily inspection sheets, maintaining accurate maintenance logs, and promptly reporting any faults or near‑misses.
