About the Role

ABM is hiring a full‑time Project Manager to lead the event operations team for a Fortune 500 client. The role connects event oversight, program operations, and reporting to ensure performance aligns with account objectives. The Project Manager works closely with the Account Program Manager and internal stakeholders to provide oversight, analyze performance, drive improvement, and enable teams through training and clear communication. • Serve as primary point of contact for the national client, managing day‑to‑day relationship and alignment with program delivery. • Provide multi‑site leadership and oversight, supporting staff, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless operations. • Partner with the Account Program Manager to align client priorities, program initiatives, and operational execution. • Translate client needs and feedback into actionable guidance for teams. • Proactively identify and escalate risks, gaps, and opportunities affecting the client experience. • Participate in client meetings, working sessions, and reviews, offering operational insight and recommendations. • Ensure event program meets defined KPIs, compliance requirements, and client expectations. • Analyze program data to assess performance and support fact‑based decisions. • Prepare clear reports, presentations, and visualizations for internal and client‑facing discussions. • Conduct daily touch‑bases with event labor supervisors and assisting project manager to give instructions and discuss action items. • Travel periodically for workshops, site walks, and client interactions. • Participate in program team meetings and training to build expertise in program operations. • Plan, facilitate, and support training workshops, meetings, and knowledge‑sharing sessions. • Adhere to event safety standards and ensure seating arrangements comply with fire code regulations.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate is agile, organized, analytical, and proactive, able to balance client partnership, program governance, and operational insight in a fast‑paced environment. • Communicate clearly across all organizational levels, from front‑line staff to executive leadership. • Demonstrate emotional intelligence, professionalism, and respect while driving alignment and accountability. • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook. • Experience with Work Order Systems (preferred). • Strong diligence and attention to detail. • Prior managerial experience required. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lb. • Ability to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and collaborate as part of a team. • Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.

Benefits
