About the Role

In this position you will evaluate product line sales and positioning, manage profit and loss, and oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to market launch. Responsibilities include creating sales and promotion programs, handling quality issues, developing point‑of‑purchase displays and web content, conducting competitive pricing analysis, and delivering monthly forecasts with tactical plans. • Lead new product development for Storage categories in the Americas. • Manage product line profit and loss, sales targets, and positioning. • Oversee full product lifecycle from concept through launch. • Create sales and promotion programs while addressing quality issues. • Develop point‑of‑purchase displays, web content, and conduct pricing analysis. • Execute strategic plans for pricing, margins, and collateral materials. • Produce monthly forecasts with tactics to meet strategic objectives. • Track industry trends and incorporate end‑user insights into launches. • Prepare and deliver customer presentations, line reviews, and launch packs. • Coordinate cross‑functional teams across manufacturing, purchasing, sales, quality, and engineering. • Validate product critical‑to‑quality specifications, testing, and claims with users.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field, and brings at least three years of product management experience. Strong financial acumen, analytical and strategic thinking, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to present to senior stakeholders are essential. • Hold a BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Finance, Engineering or related field. • Bring 3+ years of product management experience. • Demonstrate strong financial, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and PowerPoint. • Experienced in product training, competitive positioning, and go‑to‑market strategies. • Skilled at presenting to large audiences and senior stakeholders.
