About the Role
In this role you will support all phases of utility construction for various telecom projects, ensuring work is done right, meeting deadlines, and delivering quality projects. • Develop team’s skill set in aerial and underground telecom construction • Lead by example and uphold company‑wide safety culture • Drive team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects • Provide high level of customer service when interfacing with customers • Direct multiple crews and coordinate job site activities • Maintain safety as a daily priority • Troubleshoot complex problems with a hands‑on approach • Work alongside the team on site • Coach and mentor team members

What You Bring
We seek an experienced leader with a strong safety focus, a hands‑on approach to problem solving, and solid knowledge of telecom construction methods such as coax and fiber splicing, directional drilling, and map reading. • Consistently deliver high‑quality work • Experienced leader supporting day‑to‑day crew needs • Knowledge of coax splicing, fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading, etc. • Enjoy problem‑solving and field troubleshooting • Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn custom software • Relevant MOS codes (12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, 2591) align with role
