About the Role

The role is responsible for designing complex steel structure modules and executing projects in line with specifications, quality standards, budget, and schedule. The incumbent will supervise a group of engineers, serve as the primary liaison between the client, KBR, and modular steel fabricators, and devise innovative approaches to engineering challenges that involve conflicting requirements or unconventional materials. • Design complex steel structure modules while meeting project specifications, quality, budget, and schedule. • Lead and supervise a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship. • Act as primary liaison between client, KBR, and modular steel fabricators. • Develop innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges and coordinate multidisciplinary efforts. • Support career growth through professional training and development programs.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering and possess at least 12 years of structural experience with an EPC firm, typically ranging from 15 to 20 years. Proven expertise in the design and transportation of steel structure modules—such as 3,000‑plus‑ton process modules—and experience on large‑scale LNG projects with modularization strategies are required. A professional engineer license is preferred. • Hold a BS in Civil/Structural Engineering with 12+ years of EPC structural experience, including large‑scale LNG modular projects. • Demonstrated expertise in designing and transporting steel structure modules over 3,000 tons. • Professional Engineer licensure preferred.
