About the Role
Key duties include achieving monthly move‑in and census goals through lead management, presentations, event planning, and accurate CRM documentation. The director will deliver pre‑planned resident and family presentations, oversee move‑in logistics, collaborate with the executive director and clinical staff, and develop marketing strategies within budget. Additional responsibilities involve building referral networks, scheduling business‑development appointments, and training team members on the sales process. • Achieve monthly move‑in and census targets through lead conversion and CRM documentation • Deliver pre‑planned presentations to prospective residents and families • Coordinate all aspects of move‑ins, ensuring compliance with state guidelines • Collaborate with executive director, RCD, and team to support sales efforts • Develop and execute marketing strategies within budget (lead gen, events, campaigns) • Schedule face‑to‑face business development appointments with referral sources • Train and coach team members on tours, phone inquiries, and sales processes

What You Bring
Ideal candidates have at least three years of senior‑living sales experience—preferably in the Leesburg market—with a proven track record of meeting sales goals. They demonstrate polished communication skills, professional demeanor, strong organizational ability, and proficiency with sales‑tracking software and Microsoft Office. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree and a clean driver’s license are preferred. • Minimum 3 years senior‑living sales experience (preferably Leesburg market) • Proven record achieving sales and census goals • Strong written and verbal communication with polished professional appearance • Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and self‑motivated; manages multiple tasks • Proficient in sales tracking software and Microsoft Office; quick to learn new tools • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
