About the Role

In this hybrid role (three days onsite) you will identify, qualify and nurture new business opportunities, working closely with marketing and Account Executives. You will execute strategic outbound prospecting, engage inbound inquiries and support both transactional and complex sales pursuits, with a base salary plus commission incentive. Successful candidates will be expected to generate leads through calls, emails and social media, qualify inbound requests, research target accounts, and run outbound campaigns using prospecting tools. They will also manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce, keeping accurate records and performance metrics, while developing deep knowledge of JLLT’s technology offerings and industry trends. • Source and qualify new leads via calls, emails, and social media outreach. • Respond promptly to inbound prospect inquiries and assess fit for JLLT solutions. • Research target accounts, map decision‑makers, and execute outbound prospecting campaigns. • Maintain and update the sales pipeline and activity metrics in Salesforce. • Build deep expertise in JLLT’s technology portfolio and convey industry value to prospects.

What You Bring

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and preferably experience in business development, inside sales or B2B customer engagement. Strong written and verbal communication, high organization, a self‑starter attitude and a results‑oriented focus are essential. Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are a plus; understanding of enterprise software or workplace technology is highly desirable. • Hold a bachelor’s degree; prior experience in business development, inside sales, or B2B engagement preferred. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, organization, and a self‑starter, results‑focused mindset. • Proficient with prospecting tools (e.g., Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience a plus.
