What You Bring

As a Filter Tech in the Myrtle Beach area, you will replace air filters and perform basic HVAC maintenance on rooftop ventilation and HVAC systems for retail and commercial customers, with travel that may include overnight stays 6‑7 weeks every three months. We are looking for a candidate ready to learn, grow, and commit to a real career with advancement potential, and we are hiring immediately. • Strong work ethic, flexible mindset, eager to learn and grow • Minimum age of 21 to operate company vehicle • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no DUIs or multiple infractions), subject to monthly review • Resides within 40 miles of the designated region • Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet and using extension ladders • Weighs less than 275 pounds to meet ladder safety limits • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Willing to work 50+ hours per week • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds • Preferred experience: facility/grounds maintenance, construction, cable installation, route driving, roofing
