About the Role
The Estimating Hub provides a range of outputs to support client decision‑making, including order‑of‑magnitude and detailed first‑principles estimates, estimating assurance, support for major programme set‑up, and comprehensive estimating data. • Produce accurate, comprehensive estimates and cost plans promptly. • Manage the estimating process at the project level. • Generate estimates independently without supervision. • Promote best practice in estimating across the firm. • Contribute to departmental objectives. • Stay updated on technical developments to advise on best practices.

What You Bring
Turner & Townsend is hiring Senior Estimators with proven experience in infrastructure sectors such as rail, airports, highways, power, water or utilities. Positions are open in London, Birmingham, Bristol and Manchester, with the possibility of remote work from anywhere in the UK on global client projects. • Hold a high-standard qualification in Estimating or Quantity Surveying with relevant experience. • Demonstrated experience delivering estimating/QS services on large projects. • Proficient with estimating software packages. • Member of a relevant professional body (chartered status) or working towards it; RICS/CIOB membership desirable.
