About the Role
The IT Service Portfolio Manager plans, designs, builds, and maintains IT services, projects, and processes, assigning tasks to team members and overseeing a modest project budget with minimal supervision. • Perform and document IT service portfolio activities supporting business partners. • Lead IT initiatives to manage service‑level agreements. • Create and maintain product and service documentation using best practices. • Apply Management Model standards to improve products and services. • Build and sustain engagement with business, IT, and other stakeholders. • Provide training, performance feedback, and development support to less‑experienced staff. • Maintain up‑to‑date technical knowledge and business acumen. • Preferred qualifications: Translate customer business needs into requirements, apply technical expertise to plan/design/build solutions, mentor team members, manage budgets, and oversee outsourcing partner relationships.

What You Bring
• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field, 5–8 years IT experience, Excel data‑analysis proficiency, experience leading small IT projects, strong problem‑solving and communication skills, ability to work with remote teams.
