About the Role
The operator will handle a range of heavy equipment, follow work plans and safety rules, and perform routine maintenance. They will also collaborate with team members at all organizational levels. • Operate equipment including blade, dozer, loader, scraper, forklift/telehandler, crane, bobcat/skid‑steer, boom lifts, roller, backhoe, and track crane. • Follow safety regulations and maintain orderly housekeeping. • Perform routine maintenance, monitor operation, and detect malfunctions. • Follow work plans and pre‑task cards. • Build relationships with diverse coworkers and organizational levels. • Operate equipment controls and apply basic math skills. • Perform repetitive hand, arm, and leg movements; lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lb (assist above 50 lb). • Provide medical, prescription, vision, and dental coverage at no additional cost.

What You Bring
Applicants must have required equipment certifications, at least one year of related experience, and a valid driver’s license. They should exhibit strong teamwork, communication, and the physical stamina for repetitive tasks and lifting up to 50 lb. • Hold required equipment certifications. • Minimum one year of related experience. • Valid driver’s license with proper classification and endorsements. • Demonstrate teamwork, positive attitude, professional customer service, and detail‑orientation; read safety rules, manuals, and load charts. • Work independently with active listening, effective communication, and openness to feedback. • No visa sponsorship; must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
