About the Role

What You Bring
Successful completion of the program leads to an official Sales or Account Manager position within Otis. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 1–3 years of customer‑facing or sales experience, demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, and thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. The role requires self‑motivation, the ability to juggle multiple projects, comfort with technical settings and Microsoft‑based software, and outstanding sales, negotiation, time‑management, and organizational skills. Willingness to relocate to another Otis Canada location is also required. • Shadow mechanics, attend customer meetings, and develop sales and negotiation skills. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of customer‑facing or sales experience. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, teamwork, and ability to manage multiple projects. • Be proficient with Microsoft‑based software and comfortable in a technical environment. • Exhibit goal‑oriented sales drive, time‑management, and organizational abilities. • Willingness to relocate to another Otis Canada location if required.
