About the Role
• Support the Construction Lead and senior team in delivering the client’s vision and onsite execution. • Oversee structure and/or fit‑out packages, ensuring quality, programme and compliance. • Provide technical guidance, share knowledge, and support managers and junior team members. • Build and manage strong stakeholder and client relationships. • Contribute to long‑term functional/BU strategy and promote Mace values, ownership, and best practice. • Lead and uphold exceptional safety standards and maintain knowledge of local HSE regulations. • Lead safe, high‑quality, cost‑effective project delivery, ensuring compliance and sustainability. • Build trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractor delivery teams to realise project vision. • Take ownership of work packages, upholding integrity, accountability, and long‑term strategic impact. • Empower teams through guidance, knowledge‑sharing, and innovation, creating opportunity for people to excel. • Safety first – champion a safe, diverse, and inclusive environment, ensuring everyone goes home safe and well. • Client focus – own the quality of deliverables, strategic outcomes and build long‑term client relationships. • Create opportunity – foster continuous improvement and inspire people to develop and excel.

What You Bring

Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey. • Working towards membership of MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE or equivalent professional development. • Proven experience delivering projects and programmes in the United Arab Emirates. • Experience leading parts of construction projects within large, diverse teams. • Understanding of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape project outlook. • Knowledge of all construction methodology and processes, especially structural, façade and fit‑out disciplines. • Recognised construction training or qualification.
