About the Role

The primary focus of this position is to design fire‑alarm systems that comply with customer requirements, building codes and industry standards, while delivering high‑quality results on schedule. • Design fire alarm systems per customer standards, building codes and NFPA 72 • Review MEP drawings and tender specifications to identify fire‑alarm requirements • Prepare fire‑alarm layouts and engineering bill of materials • Ensure quality assurance and delivery of defect‑free fire‑alarm drawings • Execute projects independently throughout the lifecycle, adhering to processes and timelines

What You Bring

We seek an engineering professional with a solid technical background and experience in fire‑alarm system design, who can work independently and communicate effectively. • Required BE in Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics with 4‑8 years experience • Strong domain knowledge of fire‑alarm systems and relevant codes (NFPA 72, IBC, NBC) • Proficient in ACAD and hardware detail design, including battery and voltage‑drop calculations • Preferred NICET Level I & II certification and Simplex product certification
