About the Role

The position focuses on enhancing owner engagement and increasing sales of vacation packages that promote visits to Bluegreen resorts. It prepares the sales team by generating enthusiasm among owners and guests for upcoming vacations while ensuring they are informed about required review meetings. • Re-engage ownership utilization by selling vacation packages that drive resort visits and sales tours. • Excite owners and guests about their upcoming vacation experience. • Ensure owners understand and attend the Owner Review meeting. • Follow department scripting, reservation policies, and gifting parameters. • Accurately convey package details, qualification questions, and sell ethically. • Use outbound dialing technology and systems like Concierge and VSSA for call handling and documentation. • Maintain minimum sales and conversion quotas. • Support special offers, projects, and promotional campaigns to add value for owners and the organization.
