About the Role
In this position, you will handle drafting assignments, transform field‑collected electronic files into Autodesk Civil 3D drawings, and produce a variety of survey outputs—including ALTA, boundary, topographic, as‑built drawings, maps, plot plans, and subdivision record plats—while translating field notes into civil grade base maps. • Perform drafting assignments quickly and accurately. • Convert field‑collected electronic files into Autodesk Civil 3D drawings. • Produce ALTA, boundary, topographic, as‑built drawings, maps, specific purpose surveys, plot plans, and subdivision record plats using Civil 3D. • Translate field notes into survey/civil grade base maps.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least two years of experience using AutoCAD/Civil 3D within the survey or civil engineering field, with laser scanning or LiDAR experience considered a plus. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to comprehend job‑related instructions and interactions. • Minimum 2+ years of AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience in survey/civil field. • Laser scanning/LiDAR experience is a plus. • Read, write, and understand English for job communications.
