About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager on the Mid‑West Regional Team, you will hold a critical position and be directly responsible for leading and delivering corporate interior projects for a financial services client. Projects range in size from $5 million to $50 million+, and you will oversee all aspects from strategy to close‑out. Your day‑to‑day duties include managing strategy, programming, design, schedule, entitlements, bidding, procurement, permitting, execution, and close‑out. You will develop high‑level estimates and schedules, create comprehensive project plans, and proactively identify and mitigate risks. Acting as the primary client liaison, you will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables, develop master schedules, guide design implementation, and facilitate critical project meetings. • Lead and deliver corporate interior projects ranging $5M‑$50M for a financial services client. • Oversee full project lifecycle: strategy, programming, design, scheduling, entitlements, bidding, procurement, permitting, execution, and close‑out. • Develop high‑level estimates, schedules, and comprehensive project plans; track progress and mitigate risks. • Serve as primary client liaison from programming through construction close‑out. • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Create and manage master project schedules, monitoring critical path and milestones across multiple projects. • Guide design implementation through concept, schematic, development, construction documents, and sign‑off. • Facilitate critical project meetings and coordination sessions with staff, stakeholders, and users.

What You Bring
Required qualifications include 7–15 years of project management experience, preferably in corporate interiors, with the ability to manage 5–8 complex projects simultaneously. Strong organizational, time‑management, leadership, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to develop detailed budgets, prepare RFPs, and understand design implementation and construction documentation. Preferred qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field; ground‑up experience; experience in a global organization with multicultural teams; knowledge of entitlements, permitting processes, and corporate interior design standards; exposure to financial services industry projects; an advanced project management certification; and familiarity with multiple delivery methods and contract types. • Require 7–15 years of project management experience in corporate interiors, handling 5‑8 concurrent $5M‑$50M+ projects. • Demonstrated organizational, time‑management, leadership, and communication skills. • Ability to develop detailed budgets using historical and market data and prepare RFPs for design and contractor services. • Understanding of design implementation processes and construction documentation. • Preferred: bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field; ground‑up experience; global/multicultural team experience; knowledge of entitlements, permitting, corporate interior standards; financial services project exposure; advanced PMP‑type certification; familiarity with multiple delivery methods. • Based on‑site in Columbus, OH; no visa sponsorship provided; candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
